This cake is the absolute best way to use up any left over porridge from breakfast and it's sooo delicious!The left over porridge makes a moist and dense crumb. If you have any added fruit added to your porridge, even better! 1 to 2 cups of left over porridge. This recipe is well worth having in your repertoire. Smells like lasagna, tastes like a delicious meat pie, but vego. It s the best! Easy, delicious and a magnificent way to use up leftovers too.
