My No Cook Power Oats That Keep Me Full Until Lunch!

No Cook Power Porridge

It has been soooo friggin COOL to not have to decide upon breakfast each morning, and to know, that I am going to be full until lunch!
Winner Winner!!

This brekky is quick to eat at home and is also brilliant if I'm on the go to make in a
 jar.

If I'm making this the night before, I use cool water.
If I'm making this in the morning, I use boiling water from the kettle.

Quantities are per serve or person

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon protein powder
6 sultanas
(or dried fruit of choice)
Mix all ingredients together

Add enough water to cover ingredients with an extra half centimeter over the top. The ingredients will absorb these to form a porridge consistency.

If you are making these overnight sprinkle cinnamon powder over top after mixing.

Now it's time to dress your oats!

A little nob of butter about 1/4 teaspoon
I love a sprinkle of
Cacao nibs
Sometimes sunflower and pepitas
or
Hemp seeds
Sprinkle powdered cinnamon if you have not already done so
Grated, or chopped apple or 2 tablespoons of berries
(frozen berries defrost over the oats very quickly)

1 tablespoon yoghurt.
Drizzle of maple syrup.
The slightest sprinkle of fine salt.

A little milk to cover the surface.

My guys kept passing on this brekky, and it was only one morning, when we were in a big rush, that in a pinch, I  made them a jar each for the car breakfast.
Well, they were utterly surprised (Michael included) and I was delighted, when told me it was 'yum!'

Well wonders never cease!

And, well, I knew I had to share this with you too.

Darling, after you have made this once or twice I'm sure you will tweak your toppings to how you like them.

So my dear, please enjoy this hearty breakfast that has you fuller for longer
That can be made in a snap.
Makes a great travelling meal.
And is totally....
filling you with good.
😜
Gosh I love our pun!
