Make up your oat, nut and seed mix to the ratios you like
Perhaps you more or less seeds?
Our ratios
1 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup pepitas
1/8 cup roasted hazelnuts
Triple, quadruple this, however much you want to make
Pop these in the baking a, dish
On the stove melt in these ratios as per the above
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
4 tablespoons Cathedral Ranges honey
Once all melted drizzle over your dry ingredients
mix it around and bake at 160 degrees
For the next 20 minutes you will keep a close eye on this goodness
watching for when the top looks golden and toasty
you then stir it around to get an even toastiness all over
Once you have the goldeness you like
Add as per the above ratios
1/8 cup sultanas
1/8 cup dried mulberries
1/8 flaked almonds
1/8 sesame seeds
1/8 cup cocoa nibs
You can sub any dried fruit and nuts
Replace coconut oil for ghee or macadamia oil
You can add cocao and spices to the wet ingredients
