How to prepare:

  1. Rinse & Sort: Rinse 1 cup soy beans under cold water and remove any debris.

  2. Soak: Cover with 3 cups water and soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  3. Cook: Drain, rinse, then simmer in fresh water or broth for 1–1½ hours until tender. Drain before using.

Use in:
