Nigellas Flourless Choc Orange Cake

METHOD

Boil 2 whole oranges with skin on, boiled until soft (the house will fill with this sweet citrus promise)!

Put the oranges into a food processor with;

  • 6 x eggs
  • 200gms almond meal, or some lovely nuts that will grind up in the processor
  • 250gms sugar
  • 50 gms cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarb

Combine, and bake in a 180 degree oven until knife comes out clean.

When cool, make and drizzle ganache. Lick saucepan and fingers as Nigella requires!
