This time last year I shared my own shrub experience, and I truly loved how I could use my old fruit and turn it into a refreshing and delicious drink that supported my immune system and digestion. As I rarely drink alcohol. I would take my bottle of shrub out to dinner to mix with sparking water and I was joined by my friends who also enjoyed a glass shrub too!
It also makes a very easy, affordable heartfelt gift

It's nice to have a cold or warm drink (depending on the time of year)with a little kick at the end of the day and shrub diluted in some cold or warm water  is so delicious and even easier than making your own kombucha. Or cordial.

Please note you can replace or omit any of the spices or fruit.
