To know Sioux is to fall in love with Sioux. Sioux's first recipe she ever learned to make as a child and is now famous for. Easy and crazy good! Sunday night dinner maybe?

1 GARLIC CLOVE
2 TBSP TOMATOE PASTE
1 TBSP MIXED HERBS
2 TBSP TAMARI
Add 1 cup of cooked lentils, I used French Du Puy lentils! I love to cook my lentils for some extra flavour with salt, bay leaves, a whole garlic clove, some sprigs of thyme or rosemary.
Once this mixture is heated through,
Add and mix through
2 to 3 eggs
1 cup of tasty cheese
Pastry can be flatbread, filo or we whipped up our flatbread recipe and it was the best!

FILL GOOD FLATBREAD RECIPE
250gms plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
150mls warm water
Mix into a dough, roll out flat, line your dish, Lightly cook before adding your Righteous Pie Filling.
Garnish with goat's cheese, tomatoes, anything! Smells like lasagne, tastes like a delicious meat pie. It's the best.
