Hello beauties!
This is a time we'll be talking about for generations to come!
I'm sure we'll look back and know that we ALL shared this time. Locally, nationally, globally, it has not been optional, an opinion or a choice to change a habit, all of us across the board are having a COVID experience.
Is an opportunity to grow in resilience and connection at play? Yes it surely is.
After COVID will the earth still need healing? Yes she surely will.
What can we do right now? Lean in one small step at a time.
Lean in, in whatever way we are called. That is the beauty of humanity, we are such a mixed bag, that between us every aspect of life can be addressed!
How is Fill Good leaning in? Fresh, plastic-free, affordably priced foods and because we truly love to be of service we now have...

LET'S SHARE
In our home, we have leaned into our hero Jamie Oliver over the last few months, all day cooking outside on the fire, eating under the moonlight, a little pick me up Jamie snippet a day to ignite the creative fire. These are our little go to's where we have fallen into the love of food to brighten the days.
It is a daily diligent act, to remain calm, positive, and creative. There are plenty of moments of overwhelm, tiredness, and irritability.
So I had a thought, we have quite the gift here of a community that is:
- Based on the love of food;
- In gratitude to our dear mother earth so we package plastic-free and;
- Wholeheartedly supporting ethical practices and businesses.
We have these significant foundations that provide us all with a space where giving can be the receiving and the receiving can be the giving.
Should anyone have a moment, activity, hack, recipe, offering anything you feel is a gift for our community we would love to share in this weekly newsletter. In the past, we have recipes and bay tree sprigs to share, let's keep sharing the love and abundance.
Let's reach out and connect!
We would love to hear about your good days, your wins, your inspirations we've got you and you have us!
