Hello my darling friend.
I love this idea I am the antidote. Pretty empowering hey?
This term came from a talk by Peta Jean Kelly called the Antidote.
Oh what a mighty few hours I basked in
The foundation of Peta's words was, right now, I am the antidote to what I suffer in my life and right now my life is heaven on earth. Not in the future, where I hope things will be better, different, all sorted out. But right now.
Right now while my children are having their childhood, not later when things are better.
Right now while I am being warmed by my 45th spring I will not have again.
And what a glorious day it was. Yep, heaven on earth.
I deserve my heaven, we all do and these days I need to choose and savor it.
My vitality is needed more than ever, the source of this is from my love and my heaven.
This is a short little letter to you. I gardened in the sun. wrote half this letter this morning, however it was not formed until now and it's a simple message.
Heaven is love and beauty. Love and beauty is in the glory, the pain and the mundane.
Heaven is here right now. My vital self comes from this place
My gateway in is when I dance, hold my loves near or have a good belly laugh!
Peta's words are so perfect and powerful. I will share them here, rather than repeat them.
May they touch and enliven your heart to see that today, right now there is heaven on earth. It is not waiting in the future when things get better. It's right now.
