Our white miso is a delicate, slightly sweet miso made with organic soybeans, rice, and premium Australian salt. Handcrafted with care by our chef, who has 20 years of culinary experience, it has a milder flavor compared to darker misos and is ideal for soups, sauces, and marinades. Its subtle taste enhances dishes without overpowering them, while offering digestive and immune system benefits.
We work directly with the best regenerative farmers in Australia who are fighting the effects of floods to grow delicious grains. We sourced our grains from Slater Farms on the QLD and NSW border. Their passion for sustainable farming has created a beautiful certified biodynamic farm. We’re honored to use their grains in our miso.
